Paddington station was just a short walk away. It made getting around very easy. staff facilitated a slightly later check-out for me. It helped a lot with my travel plans.

The location proved advantageous, being near transport links.
The room felt cramped. It was difficult for two people to move around without bumping into each other. I also noticed the shower head leaked consistently during use. This made showering frustrating and inefficient.

paddington gem, a fantastic stay!

i found the location amazing, just a short walk to paddington station and hyde park. the staff was so cute and helpful, especially mehroz at the front desk. i loved the little continental breakfast and i got a really good night's sleep in my room on the 3rd floor (it was a family room!).
The only thing i could suggest is adding a small refrigerator to the rooms. It would have been handy for keeping drinks cold, especially during warmer days.

my family room included very comfortable beds and a great shower with excellent water pressure. the room was very clean and neat upon arrival. i could open a window to get some fresh air (which was so nice!).

The continental breakfast had a nice little selection. I especially liked the coffee from the coffee machine. there were also two kinds of juice and several types of bread (toast was available!). with salami and ham and a variety of cereals, i was satisfied.

The hotel offered luggage storage after checkout which helped us to spend more time exploring. there's also convenient access to nearby shops. Drinks and snacks for the room were easy to find. the check-in process was smooth and simple.
